He has realized a master's thesis on the development of open source software in the Umbria Region, for the adoption of LibreOffice.
He is a member of the working group LibreUmbria at Consorzio SIR Umbria (www.libreumbria.it) and member of the executive commitee of Umbria Region FLOSS Competence Center (CCOS).
