Details of the Talk

The QA Team is continually working to improve the QA process and to make our work and meetings as efficient and productive as possible. With a volunteer-based workforce, it's vital for us to bring new team members up to speed quickly, to simplify the process of reporting and triaging bugs, and for us to improve our inter- and intra-team communication.

This talk will discuss some of our improvements over the past year, discuss proposals for the future, and provide some thoughts on how best to address our common and unique QA needs.

Topics will likely include:

  • Improved meetings (Etherpad, Video Chat/Google Hangout, Wikified minutes, Pub Chat)
  • QA Documentation
  • Collaboration with Localization Teams
  • Builds and Bibisect Repositories
  • BSA and Bugzilla Improvements

There may be group QA discussion at the end.
